We undertook a façade restoration project of this tower block, including the repair of cracks, corrosion and mastic.

We have carried out cleaning, maintenance and inspection on all 5 high-rise towers.

Steam cleaning was the best method to restore and uplift the historic brick façade of this Grade II listed building.

We developed an understanding of each façade’s current condition in readiness for refurbishment.

The restoration of brickwork, render repairs, metalwork, mastic replacement and the painting of cladding and windows.

Rising to multiple challenges required to expertly restore this historic monument as a gateway into Leicester once more.
