All of our abseiling building maintenance projects are strictly compliant with The Work at Height Regulations (2005), as outlined by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). This regulation is designed to reduce the risk of workplace injury, ensuring that projects run smoothly and safely.
Examples of when Work at Height Regulations apply include rope access building maintenance, working on a rooftop, or using a mobile elevated work platform such as a cherry picker or scissor lift.
Projects requiring high-level abseiling maintenance, leak investigations, roof surveys, waterproofing, and silicone coating are also subject to Work at Height Regulations.
Rope access compliance management is an aspect of our work we pride ourselves on; our highly trained operatives are well-versed on the regulations and will always work with the client to pre-empt and resolve any hazards.
